Xiaoxuan Li

Xiaoxuan Li is a doctoral student at the Professorship for Learning Sciences and Higher Education. She holds a master’s degree in Education (Research Design and Methodology) from University of Oxford and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education from University College London.

Her research focuses on embodied interventions for language learning in multilingual contexts. She is exploring innovative approaches to teaching and learning that integrate physical movement and cognitive engagement to enhance language acquisition. Xiaoxuan’s work seeks to uncover how embodied practices can transform language learning experiences, making them more dynamic, interactive, and accessible for diverse student populations.

Xiaoxuan is also passionate about technology-enhanced learning, with particular interest in the integration of artificial intelligence and learning analytics into language learning. She explores how these technological advancements can support personalized learning, adaptive assessment, and more efficient teaching strategies.
