Dr. Dragan Trninic

was a research scientist at ETH Zurich, working at the Professorship for Learning Sciences and Higher Education from May 2017 to April 2021. Prior to joining ETH, he was a Research Scientist in the Learning Sciences Lab (LSL) at the National Institute of Education of Singapore.

Dragan earned a Ph.D. from University of California, Berkeley, in Science and Mathematics Education. His work is informed by embodied and sociocultural perspectives, viewing knowledge as potential for participatory action. He is interested in how novices learn through practice, how people change their minds, and how to immunize individuals against social manipulation.
