Dr. Aline Nardo

was a postdoc at ETH Zurich, working on the FLI ‘Ethics Education’ project from August 2019 to August 2021. During her time at ETH, she won a grant from the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program to conduct research at Teachers College, Columbia University, New York. After leaving ETH, she was appointed Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Philosophy of Education at the University of Edinburgh.

Aline earned her Ph.D. in Education at the University of Edinburgh. She has published, amongst other things, on the philosophical implications of evolutionary ideas in educational theory, John Dewey’s and Lev S. Vygotsky’s theories of education, and the design of educational ethics games.
